The first step on your Virtus journey is our Introduction session. This no-obligation ‘free’ session is a chance for us to get to know you, and for you to get to know us, Virtus, the Virtus family, and how we work.
Following this initial chat, is our 3 x 1 on 1 session Onboarding process, designed to create a plan to get you from where you are now, to where you want to be. The best part about this process, we can book it whenever suits you. To discuss your options, hit this link.
Virtus Group Training (VGT)
Our Virtus Group Training membership includes 18 weekly sessions. Programmed in monthly blocks, enabling you to get the most out of your membership. You’ll have access to 6am, 9:30am and 6pm Monday to Friday, 7pm Monday and Thursday and an 8am Community session on Saturday. To discuss your options, hit this link.
Virtus Athletic Development (VAD)
Our Virtus Athletic Development Program is timetabled in 12 weekly shifts. Our athletes are required to pre-book in their sessions for the week by Sunday night. The shift times are 6:30-10:30am and 4pm-8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am-12pm Saturday and Sunday. To discuss your options, hit this link.
