Why Virtus?

I love it. I love the environment. I love the people. I love that we educate clients on how to move well and how to train properly, rather than just trying to smash them. I love what we’re doing to help others become the best versions of themselves. I love that we aren’t just about ‘image’ and fitness, we actually focus on health! Physical, mental and emotional.

What gets you out of bed?

I have the opportunity to get out of bed each morning. Some people don’t get to do that. I’m grateful for the small things that I get to do each day with incredible people who are passionate about helping people to #bebetter. I get to have an impact on changing people’s lives. In my opinion, there’s nothing like it.

What drives you?

Becoming the best version of myself, for myself and so I can serve others better.  Raising the bar. Pushing myself and others to a higher standard. Helping other people create a positive change in their life.

What is your 12 month intention?

Theme: Consistency and discipline

Intention: To truly value myself and to not settle in any area of my life.
