Virtus Daily Blog #60 - 60 Minutes for yourself

Today, take an hour for yourself.

Whether it be a yoga session, a walk, a float, a quiet coffee, time in the pages of a book, a gym session or a couple of episodes of your favourite show.

Find time to go inwards, to recharge, to fill your cup and refuel.

Your energy is finite and if we forget to make time for ourselves, then we will have nothing to give to others.

Prepare yourself to give your all to the rest of your week.

The wold needs you at your best.
