Virtus Daily Blog #84 - A blip in time

It's easy to forget our insignificance.

Days like today help remind us of our place in history.

A vivid reminder of all those who have been before us, and of all those who will follow.

Our part to play is small. But the meaning which can be derived from this insignificance is immense.

Don't take yourself too seriously, none of it really matters. Have fun, make a difference and look back at the past, but don't stop and stare.

Today is about celebrating the extraordinary deeds of ordinary men.

Wallace

"They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old;
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them."
