Just do your best.

It’ll take time.

It will be the hardest thing you've ever done.

But, the good news.

You've got what it takes.

Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

But remember that it will take everything you've got.

You have to do the work.

You have to stay on the path.

You have to take it one step at a time.

You have to be in it for the long haul.

You have to be patient.

Just don’t stop.
